The Sorianos are experienced and fraudulent mortgage brokers. (See "Soriano Frauds!") Without our knowledge and in a conspiracy to foreclose on us, Soriano has admitted to conspiring with the individual who held the mortgage on our property. We have documents from the Sorianos to Martin Edward Wydra of MEW Equities, offering him $3,500,000.00 if he forecloses on our mortgage. (This was $1,700,000.00 more than we actually owed on the mortgage!) Thus, Sorianos were the cause for us recently losing our property to a foreclosure sale that was totally preventable lacking his unsolicited and unwelcomed interference into the affairs of our business.

Also contributing to our loss is the commission of their Burglary, Vandalism, Conspiracy, Fraud, Extortion, Grand Larceny and Embezzlement. This included fire escapes on several buildings, 40 sinks, which he smashed and sold all of the metal and copper fittings, and the contents of an entire commercial kitchen catering to more than 300 people. (Ovens, freezers, meat processors, dish washers, stainless-steel prep tables, dining tables, chairs, bookcases, audio equipment, etc.) Neighbors have also accused him of stealing from them. He swore to the police that he had no idea who could have done such a thing! He even suggested that the former care-taker was stealing from us. However, witnesses came forward testifying that Soriano had sold them everything. Once caught in his own lies, he was forced to admit that he was, in fact the one who was guilty of all of this larceny and vandalism.

One would be forgiven for believing that such conclusive evidence would finally put an end to their criminal activity. However, being the career scammers/fraudsters that they are, they then concocted a story and supported it with more false statements, forged instruments, and fraudulent documents claiming that my wife simply "gave Helen Louise Deana Trick-Soriano" 51% of her corporation. Who could possibly believe that!? Soriano's own attorney, and my wife's attorney were both stunned and they assured investigators that the Soriano's oral representations were completely false, and that any documents that they may have produced in support were most assuredly false instruments. Soriano's credibility falls apart with his initial lies when he swore to the state police investigators: "I have no knowledge of how any of this damage occurred; nor how the equipment disappeared.�

Soriano's own attorney, who is also his cousin of the same name, and is an extremely well respected attorney in White Plains, NY, was fired by Soriano because attorney Nicholas M Soriano recognized and refused to be a party to the fraud that he recognized his cousin, Nicholas B Soriano to be perpetrating upon my wife and myself. He wrote to our attorney of his sincere disappointment in his own family member�s inexplicable behavior and expressed his sincere apologies for the offenses committed by his cousin.
