New York State has one of the most stringent gun licensing procedures in the entire United States, and yet there are very few states that include New York in their reciprocity agreements. This, of course makes no sense at all. This deals with a constitutional right that may not be infringed. However, as we are well aware, the cognitive English language has fallen victim to revisionists with forums and agendas.

I have been licensed to carry in New York for nearly thirty years. I have had military training in the use of firearms, and I have never pointed a handgun at anyone! Few people even know that I am licensed to carry since I hold sacred this fundamental right as a personal choice that is not open for discussion.

Nicholas B Soriano, on the other hand has no license, but has been observed on numerous occasions with unlicensed fire arms, including a Colt 44 magnum! His unlicensed weapons are certainly not limited to the loaded "Naval Replica" 44 caliber that he admits to owning. This, by the way is the very same caliber and type of weapon that contributed to the deaths of fifty thousand Americans at Gettysburg! Soriano has been heard on numerous occasions boasting, "I'm from Texas and we just blow people away!" He has admitted to firing shots "to scare people off!" He has made many threats and reckless and intimidating insinuations regarding the potential use of his guns.
